Wedding at Rochester Church Provides Outdoor Feel With Inside Advantages

Congratulations to Kaitlin and Joshua on their wedding at Oak Arbor Church in Rochester.  The sanctuary is a gorgeous combination of wood, large windows overlooking a wooded forest and a stunning piece of granite that rests on the alter.  The pictures shown here don’t do it justice.  As the guests were seated, we played contemporary music that the couple chose including Fix You Coldplay, All My Love by Led Zeppelin and Bittersweet Symphony by the Verve.  Dawn, the venue coordinator at Oak Arbor was very helpful and we send her our thanks and appreciation.  The bridal party entered to Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring while Kaitlin processed to the ever popular Canon in D.  Pastor Randy Weaks officiated the ceremony and personalized his remarks to the couple beautifully.  Despite a strong thunderstorm moving through, the wedding proceeded as planned and it was a beautiful afternoon.  We send our congratulations to Kaitlin and Joshua and pray that their married like is as insulated from stormy weather as their wedding day!
